Brrrr!

Low of 19 tonight!

My 4 things I am proud of today (Tuesday, January 3, 2012)

1. Ran last mile of 4 in 9:35 (fastest yet)

2. Drank LOTS of water

3. Cleaned out closet in guest room

4. Started my increased intensity workouts and came up with plan for the month
